Rockford Brewing Company & Ian Purvis

  • Wry Wit / Belgian Wit-ish / 5.5%abv: Belgian Wit brewed with Belgian Pilsner and Rye malt, as opposed to pilsner and wheat, for a twist on the grain bill.  Michigan Hydra hops from Hang 'Em High Hops were used as part of the orange flavor contribution, which are described as "Bright Citrus, Tangerine, Mandarin, Clementine, Green Grape, Orange Rind".  Also added sliced Seville oranges in the secondary as opposed to dried orange peel.  Seville oranges are commonly used to make marmalade so we felt that would be another fun way to achieve some light orange character on the finish.  Both the Hydra hops and oranges were added lightly to keep the profile within the typical Belgian Wit framework.

Speciation Cellars & Daniel Kurtz

  • Jun' & Juice Pro-Am / Juniper Lime Wheat ale / 6.5%: Juniper & Lime Wheat Ale

Third Nature Brewing Company & Matt Bair

  • Hazy Harvest/Mackinaw Wet Hopped NEIPA/6%: Wet Hopped NEIPA. Brewed with Matt Bair and loaded with saaz in the mash tun and wet hopped on the cold side with Mackinaw straight from our vines on the property.

Thornapple Brewing Company & Chad Banks

  • Twilight Visions / ABV: 6.6% / 15IBU:  complex and intriguing Black Blended Sour Saison. This unique brew was crafted by fermenting in three separate tanks, each with its own distinct process. One fermentation used Belgian Saison yeast, another brought tartness with lactic fermentation, and the third added depth through Brettanomyces and mixed cultures. Twilight Visions pours a dark hue with a light tan head, releasing an aroma of Brett funk, mingling with dark fruit notes of fig and raisin. The flavor offers a harmonious blend of saison characteristics, balanced with tart and sour elements. Hints of light roast and stone fruits like apricot create layers of complexity, all finishing with a wild Brett funk. Twilight Visions is a bold, flavorful journey into the wild side of saison brewing, delivering a refined mix of rustic, sour, and fruity profiles.

Trail Point Brewing Company & Eric Slater

  • Pro-Am 2024 (name TBD)- Dunkelweizen/5%: Dunkelweizen- A light bodied dark wheat ale with notes of banana and clove. Pleasant aromas of chocolate and caramel  with a clean finish.

TwoGuys Brewing & Eric Nelson

  • Robot Overlord / Belgian Dark Strong Ale / 9.5%: Belgian "Quad" or Dark Strong Ale brewed with homebrewer Eric Nelson of Rivertown Homebrewers.

White Flame Brewing Co. & Andrew Brouwers

  • Pilsner Mystique / Contemporary American-Style Pilsener / 5.7%: Michigan West-Coast style Contemporary American Pilsner with Michigan hops. Michigan grown Chinook hops pair with a dry-hop of Mystique hops, a 100 year old Saaz cousin found growing along the Telegraph corridor near Detroit. The woodlot these hops were found in belonged to hop growers that would sell to Stroh's brewing at the time.
We bring the history of this hop back with a light Pilsener with a bright and crisp nose of both noble and slightly fruity hop characteristics, leaving a clean and crisp finish.

3 Gatos Brewery & Scott Mars

  • Purrberus 6% West Coast Pilsner: West Coast Pilsner with MI Hops (dubbed West Michigan Pilsner)
